Julie Frost, Grade 3

My approach as a 3rd grade educator is to implement Mt. School’s mission and philosophy as well as employ my own teaching techniques and style. I think it is important to allow students to learn at their individual pace and give them opportunities to be responsible for their education. I have a Master’s in Elementary Education and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Education.

I enjoy developing curriculum that teaches children experientially and supports personal growth and discovery. As a teacher I am a role model and it is important for me to set an example by demonstrating a genuine appreciation of knowledge in all subject areas and ultimately inspiring students to enjoy learning.
