| 2. | Adoption of Agenda: Katherine made a motion to adopt the agenda as written. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion was approved by all. | Mark Neumayr, Vice-President |

| 5. | Action Item: Approve the Mountain School administration’s recommendation to begin the 2020-2021 school year online through the first trimester, ending October 23, 2020. Mark Neumayr made a motion to approve the Mountain School administration’s recommendation to begin the 2020-2021 school year online through the first trimester, ending October 23, 2020. It is understood that this date may be shortened or extended based on CDC and local health department recommendations and directives from the Office of the Governor and the State Department of Education.
