1.	Call to Order/Welcome: The meeting was called to order at 8:16 AM.	Renee Fauset, President
2.	Call to the Public: There was no public present.	Renee Fauset, President
3.	Disclosure of Conflicts: No conflicts were disclosed.	Sandra Dihlmann, Secretary
4.
