Non-Board Members Present: Vanessa Fitz-Kesler, John Faccone

Board Members Absent: Jason Aulwes, Renee Fauset

1.	Call to Order/Welcome: The meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m.	Mark Neumayr, Vice-President
2.	Action Item: Adoption of Agenda: Bryan Cooperrider made a motion to adopt the agenda as proposed.  Sandra Dihlmann seconded the motion. The motion was approved. 5.	Action Item: Approval of December 12, 2019 Mountain School Board Meeting Minutes Bryan Cooperrider made a motion to approve the December 12, 2019 Mountain School Board Minutes as proposed. Sandra Dihlmann seconded the motion. The motion was approved. 7.	Agenda Item: Review 2018-2019 Audit and address board questions John Faccone reviewed the 2018-2019 Mountain School audit.	John Faccone, Financial Consultant
8.	Action Item: Approve Brett Backlund as auditor for 2020-2021 Mark Neumayr made a motion to approve Brett Backlund as auditor for 2020-2021 as proposed.  Bryan Cooperrider seconded the motion.
