Board Members Present:  Jason Aulwes, Bryan Cooperrider, Renee Fauset, Katherine (Kathy) Lampros, Mark Neumayr and Sandra Dihmann (telephonically)

Board Members Absent:  N/A

Non-Board Members Present: Vanessa Fitz-Kesler

1. Call to Order/Welcome by Renee Fauset: The meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m.
   
   
2. Adoption of Agenda by Renee Fauset: Mark Neumayr made a motion to adopt the July 15 agenda. Bryan Cooperrider seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
   
   
3. Call to the Public by Renee Fauset: There were no members of the public in attendance.
   
   
4. Disclosure of Conflicts by Sandra Dihlmann: No additional disclosures or updates of conflicts to report.
   
   
5. Agenda Item–Administrative salary comparisons by Renee Fauset: Renee presented research on administrative salary comparisons from local charter schools with comparable student enrollment and administrative duties in order to consider fair salary compensation for Mountain School administrators.
   
   
6. Agenda Item—Review Arizona Department of Education FAQ’s on Executive Orders 2020-41 and 2020-44 by Vanessa Fitz-Kesler: The board reviewed and discussed the FAQs, with some differences in interpretation as they pertain to Mountain School.  

• Action Item—Approval of 2020-2021 Mountain School Budget by Renee Fauset: Kathy Lampros made a motion to adopt the 2020-2021 Mountain School Budget, as proposed. Jason Aulwes seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
